CLAVAM Drops (Amoxicillin and Potassium Clavulanate Oral Suspension)

Reconstitution:

Shake the bottle to loosen the powder.

Slowly add the provided sterile water up to the arrow mark on the label.

Shake well to mix thoroughly.

The reconstituted suspension must be used within 7 days.

Dosage: Take as directed by the physician.

Before Each Use: Shake the bottle well.

Storage: After reconstitution, keep the suspension in the refrigerator when not in use.

This is a prescription-only medicine (Rx).

Must be taken under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.
